熱風爐爐襯的作用是隔熱和承受高溫荷載,故確定各部位爐襯耐火磚的材質和厚度時,應根據砌體所承受的溫度、負荷和隔熱的要求,以及煙氣對砌體的物理、化學作用等條件而定。
拱是連接燃燒室和蓄熱室的空間,它應在高溫氣流的作用下保持結構的穩定性,并要滿足燃燒時高溫煙氣流均勻地進入蓄熱室的要求。

上部30%~40%高度上的高溫區用的耐火磚,應具有良好的抗蠕變和抗侵蝕性,國內多采用含Al2O3大于65^的高鋁耐火磚,國外則采用含SiO294~96%的硅質耐火磚或含Al2O372%~76%的莫來石耐火磚。根據實驗,在0.2MPa、1550℃、50h條件下,前者蠕變率為0%~0.5%,后者為0.1%?0.3%。故抗蠕變性是好的。拱用的耐火磚抗熱震性要好,以免剝落和龜裂。對于中下部的耐火磚則應考慮到耐壓強度,一般用粘土磚和高鋁耐火磚。選用隔熱材料時應特別注意工作的熱面溫度應不高于其允許使用溫度。拱和上部大墻的隔熱材料一般采用硅藻土耐火磚或輕質粘土磚。榮盛耐材為您提供優質耐火材料。
